Je Suis Charlie Reaction
Dear Mom & Dad,
I am currently writing you from Paris, as you may know the local magazine Charlie Hebdo had a horrific shooting killing 12 injuring many mentally and physically. I lucky enough did not know any of the people who were shot. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the families of the victims. A picture displaying Muhammad was what sparked the controversy in the area, apparently displaying Muhammad is not acceptable in the Muslim culture. Even with warning from Muslims not to print these semi disturbing images, the magazine being controversial printed anyway and well suffered the wrath. I am all okay, apartment in tact. Will email you when more info comes in.
